Jivamukti Basics

This class has a workshop format and the focus of the class changes weekly.

Alignment is emphasized in Basics class. Students are taught "how to do" asanas as well as the use of props in class.

This class is ideal for you if you are starting your practice, if you have not practiced for a while or if you would like to deepen your knowledge.

Jivamukti Beginners Vinyasa

This slow-moving, deep exploratory class provides the student with the underlying basics of how a vinyasa practice works.

Vinyasa is a method of practicing asana (physical poses), where the asanas are presented in a sequence, flowing one to the next. The practice focuses on aligning one’s breath and spiritual intention with movement.

Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior

Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior class is an established and energizing Vinyasa sequence.

Repetition of the sequence will allow you to experience the subtler aspects of the practice over time.

Jivamukti Open

Jivamukti Open is a dynamic Vinyasa class that connects movement, breath and intention throughout. We offer variants for all levels of experience.

The spiritual teachings that are part of this class will add greater depth to your practice.

Restorative Yoga

Relieve your stress with the stillness, space, calm and tranquility of the Restorative Yoga class.

You will use props and prolonged postures to provide deep relaxation and rejuvenation of the nervous system, you will feel refreshed after a gentle opening of the body.
